Biography
Reverend Diana Adu is an Afro-Italian woman in the diaspora theologian, an apostle, a gospel artist and a multi-award-winning figure in media, faith, and philanthropy with a global impact spanning Italy, the Uk, and Ghana. As a former journalist, TV Anchor, and the only TV Evangelist on Italian secular television, she is also President of The Diana Adu Royal Global Ministries and Missions. In Italy she is known for her Gospel Fragrance and Music Therapy Festival (now known as The "Gospels and Carols International Festival". She is TV host of the "It's a new day ", program which is broadcasted every Sunday at 2pm and every Friday at 2.30pm. Among the numerous public and academic awards received over the years, and of particular importance is the prestigious "Mayoral Appreciation Award" granted her in May 2021 by the Luton city council "for her exceptional commitment to the local community". Reverend Diana Adu is lead for various social activities, including the homeless ministry, "Kristo Kitchen and Kare". Through her multifaceted commitment, she is catalyst for transformation across diverse communities, breaking new ground both faith-based and non-religious spheres, She with her husband, Apostle Nana Biney, live in the United Kingdom and are blessed with two sons and a daughter.
Sefer Tehillim, The Book of Psalms, Narrated by Lady Apostle Diana Adu
Psalms (“Tehillim”), the first book of the section in the Hebrew Bible called Writings, is an anthology of 150 poems attributed to King David and to others. It includes songs of praise to God, laments of communal or personal tragedy, and expressions of anger, despair, hope, and gratitude. Psalms are prevalent throughout Jewish liturgy and commonly recited as an independent form of prayer. They are often sung or chanted.
Jesus, his disciples, the Apostles grew up with this skill of prayer and would later cement Psalming as foundation for prayer, homily, private and communal devotion.
My assignment is to bring back this mystic act of Psalming. For this is the victory hymn of Christ and this is the heritage of the child of God.
